The fortnight of famous grass-court tennis has flown by, but we’re almost there – finals weekend is coming and we’re offering our top Saturday acca tips for outcomes that we deem a decent chance of coming to fruition. Strawberries and cream are not required! Unfortunately tennis doesn’t lend itself to accas particularly well, but we’re not deterred – let’s look at the options for betting over the weekend, and a special kind of double you might want to consider…

Here’s our outright winner recommendation for the Ladies Singles Title at Wimbledon 2022…
Ons Jabeur at 6/5 odds to win Wimbledon
Why? She’s the number three seed and highest remaining seed left in the competition – by some margin. She reached the quarterfinals last year and while she hasn’t done well in the Grand Slams since then, we believe she’s ready to go the distance at Wimbledon 2022. She’s looked impressive so far, and came into this tournament ready to win. I believe she believes it, and while former champion Simona Halep is still in the draw at the time of writing, she may be beaten before reaching the final. Even then, Ons Jabeur has the edge in our opinion.

Here’s our outright winner recommendation for the Men’s Singles Title at Wimbledon 2022…
Nick Kyrgios at 5/1 odds to win Wimbledon
Why? Nick is the unlikely choice. He could equally implode on court and go down in straight sets or he could take out everyone in his path – as he has to reach the semis. He has no fear of Rafael Nadal – his semifinal opponent if his abdomen issue doesn’t prevent him from making it onto the court. These are good odds for Nick, and they could well drop if he makes it to the final. If he does, and his opponent turns out to be Djokovic, you can be sure he won’t be flustered or overwhelmed by him either.
Double odds details
Adding both odds, courtesy of 888sport to your bet slip gives you a double of 12.20/1. Betting £10 on this double would net you £132.00, so if it holds out and doesn’t produce a double fault, you can be sure to end the tournament with a bang.
